Our 1v1 Bravery Training is a small-group program designed to help players become more comfortable in real game situations — both attacking and defending. Every session focuses on improving confidence on the ball, quick decision-making, creativity, and the ability to compete in tight spaces.

Players will work on:

• Attacking and defending in 1v1 situations
• Separation moves and changes of direction
• Confidence under pressure
• Quick reactions and decision-making
• Ball mastery and close control
• Competitive game-like situations
• Mental toughness and bravery on the field

This program is designed to push players outside their comfort zone in a positive environment where mistakes are part of the learning process.
